Overview
To push our creativity and think a little more outside the box, our class was challenged to combine two random objects into a completely new product. I chose a camera and a hairbrush, which turned into the Obscura under the brand Nurush. After developing the concept, we had to find a way to present the product to the class in a way that felt believable and engaging. I decided to take the project a step further by 3D modeling the product and creating a simple website to showcase the brand and overall experience.

Outcome/reflection
It was really fun and rewarding to push this concept and make the product feel as realistic and believable as possible. The process involved a lot of research into areas I wasn’t very familiar with, but I think that extra effort helped strengthen the authenticity of the final result. This project also encouraged more human-centered thinking throughout the design process and helped me further develop my skills in Figma and Blender.
